  15. there are plenty of MIME implementations today, but they all
  16. are programs.  Can anyone give a reference to the decent MIME
  17. toolkit library in C (freeware preferred)?

  19. Probably men who wrote MIME specs do have some reference inplementations,
  20. but where one can find them?
